 It
has been a long journey for this Jamaican born soul singer to
finally get to the U.S. market, but it was certainly worth the wait.
His debut album entitled "Memphis" was produced by the legendary
Willie Mitchell and is due to be released in the Fall of 2007.
Although currently signed to Tommy Boy Entertainment out of New
York, Roy's earlier roots in soul music are traced back to his time
with EMI in London during the 80's. A long and illustrious career as
a live performer overseas has now brought Mr. Young to the pinnacle
of his career.
